Timesheet

At present this form will only send text information to us. All calculations must be done by hand. We hope to offer a more automated timesheet in the future.

Please fill in the boxes and submit using the button at the foot of the form. You may prefer to print off a blank timesheet to be completed with a pen. This must then be posted to us, along with your cheque.

On the first day of each month, (to reach us by the 5th at the latest) you should send to us:

• A cheque for the total Agency fees collected during the previous month.
